How do I know which size to order?
Each product page includes a detailed sizing guide. You can measure your current jewelry's gauge and length/diameter in millimeters to ensure a perfect fit.
Can I return a piercing if it doesn't fit?
For hygiene and safety reasons, we can only accept returns on items that are still in their original, heat-sealed clear packaging. Once the seal is broken, the item is non-returnable.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the country. International shipping times vary by location but generally range from 7-14 business days.
How should I clean my new jewelry?
We recommend using a mild, fragrance-free antibacterial soap or a specialized saline solution. Avoid harsh chemicals or alcohol, as these can damage certain platings and stones.
