At PiercingXXL, your satisfaction and safety are our priorities; we offer a 30-day return window for all jewelry, provided the hygienic seal remains intact. Items that have been worn or removed from their original sterile packaging cannot be returned due to health and safety regulations.

Return Process

  Log into your customer account and navigate to 'Order History' to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the unopened, original sterile pouches inside a protective padded envelope or box to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep the tracking receipt.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team verifies that the hygienic seals are unbroken, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
